Send “RESET (RESET IUC NUMBER)” as a message to 4688. For example, RESET 2033029500 to 4688 (where 2033029500 is your IUC Number).

To clear E48-32 Error code on your GOtv, simply follow the steps below:

Step 1: Check and make certain that your GOtv antenna is still connected to your GOtv decoder properly.

Step 2: On your GOtv remote control, tap on the Ok button to see the signal information.

Step 3: On your GOtv remote, click Menu, then Advanced, then Installation.

1. The first step to installing a new GOtv is to assemble the GOtv antenna. Assembling of GOtv antenna is not difficult.

If you are confused about how to go about it, there is a pictorial instruction manual that comes with your GOtv, that should guide you on that.

2. After you have installed the GOtv antenna, take it outside and set it in a place where there will be no obstruction of signal.

Usually, the GOtv antenna should be set in a high place with the aid of a pole or any suitable means.

Otherwise, if the Antenna is kept in a low place, the signal will be very poor.

3. Keep the decoder in your desired location. Preferably, close to your TV stand.

4. Connect your TV to the GOtv decoder using the Audio and Video (AV) cables.

5. Using the RF IN plug or HDMI cable, depending on what you have, connect your GOtv decoder to your Antenna.

6. Now, connect your GOtv decoder to a power supply, with the power cable.

7. Turn on both the GOtv decoder and TV, and switch your TV to AV mode.

After you have installed your GOtv decoder, you will need to activate your GOtv Nigeria, before you can have access to the channels on GOtv.

Also, activating your new GOtv will give you access to a one-month free GOtv max package.

Usually, the place where you bought the GOtv should activate it for you.

But if they didn’t, or you don’t have extra cash to spare for that, then don’t worry, as I will be showing you how to go about it.

Please Note: Only activate your GOtv if you are new to GOtv and if your GOtv wasn’t activated when you bought it.

To activate GOtv for the first time without assistance, follow the steps below:

  1. Connect your GOtv decoder to your TV set and antenna.
  2. Go to the GOtv activation page via this link: https://eazy.gotvafrica.com/en/ng/activations
  3. Fill in the details in their respective fields
  4. Click the Activate New Account button.

How To Confirm If Your Activation is Successful

If you followed the steps outlined above, your GOtv should now be activated.

However, if you are not too sure, you can verify if it has been activated or not.

To do this, simply follow the steps below.

  1. On the dashboard, click the Activation Status tab
  2. Enter your IUC Number
  3. Click the Check Activation Status button.

If you see ACTIVE, then your GOtv is activated and should begin shortly.

    All my channels are blocking. Must I not have grace to enjoy what I buy. Every active channels are not working on jolli payroll on my decoder. Almost all channels blocked for no reason. IUC no 2019476741, Art Master, 07033474136 Nigeria. Sometimes, all my channels were purposely blocking one by one especially most best choices. Does games needs to entered what someone paid for?

    I subscribed through quickteller and so I saw the Max- showmax package for 5,050.
    After subscribing to it , I was debited of that amount yet am still watching the channels only for Gotv max 3600. No showmax channel

      If it hasn’t been long you did the subscription, then give it time, It will show. Otherwise, clear your Error code first. If it still doesn’t work, then contact the GOtv customer service.

    Please, let individual customer makes his choice of channels in order to reduce the subscription fees and make regular subscription. For me, l want all the sport channels, cartoon channels for children, home video channels for my wife, Christian faith channels and WAP TV channel. Will this request be possible to grant?
